I am looking for a product on your website but it says temporarily out of stock. When will you have more of that product in stock?
If there is no date for when more will arrive, we ourselves do not know when it may arrive, it does not help to email and ask about this, all products are updated fastest via the website, so the best thing you can do is keep an eye on the website.
I have placed my order and paid for it, but it still hasn't arrived?
Always give it at least 7 days before you email about an order that has not arrived, sometimes the mail is slow. Especially during holidays, the mail can be slow.
Can I meet you in person if I want to shop?
No, we don't.

We only sell the products that you find on the website and unfortunately cannot take anything home at the customer's request.

I have paid for my order but have not received anything, can you send me another one?
No, unfortunately we do not resend if your package does not show up, 99% of all letters show up, so we do not take responsibility for a package after we put it in the mailbox.
